If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your membership contract. This page explains that right and how to exercise it.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tim Gansczyk, Richard-Sorge-Straße 53, 10249 Berlin, Germany — tim.gansczyk@gmail.com) of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

4. Early performance during the withdrawal period

If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay us a reasonable amount proportionate to the service provided until you withdraw. If the service has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal lapses.

The enforceability of this early-performance waiver for a continuing membership is under legal review. It will be confirmed before the Service leaves test mode; where it does not hold, our refund practice below governs.

5. Refund practice

Independently of the statutory right above, we offer a refund of your contribution within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet gone live on the board. Going live is treated as full performance of the membership benefit. Deleting your account is not a withdrawal and does not entitle you to a refund; it frees your position and retires your number. Membership itself is described in the Terms of Service.

6. Model withdrawal form

If you wish to withdraw, you may complete and return this form. Completing it is not obligatory.
