One door, and it opens from the inside.
The Murph is a timed workout: 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, then 1 more mile. You do not do it to prove anything to the club. You do it with someone who is already in it, and that is how you meet the club at all.

You do the whole thing with a member of the club standing next to you. Not a video, not a screenshot. They are there.

That member invites you
They write a single invitation carrying your name, the date, your time, and their word that you belong here. It works once.

You take a position
A permanent number in your country's register, and your name on the public board.

You become the way in
The next person gets in the same way you did, standing next to you. There is no other door, which is why the club only grows by doing the thing it exists for.
The member who was there writes the invitation, and writing it is the attestation. They enter your name, the date, the time you finished in, they confirm the workout was done properly, and they confirm that you belong here. All of it before the link reaches you. By the time you open it, there is nothing left to verify.
When you take your position you choose what the membership is worth to you. The amount is never shown to anyone, here or anywhere else. What it is and what it does are explained in full at the point where you choose it.
There is exactly one door and it opens from the inside. No application, no waiting list, no admin who can wave you through. If nobody in the club has stood next to you for two hours, you are not in, and there is no version of this page that changes that.
What happens after
The part the club is actually for. None of this is software, and saying so is the point.
One goal at a time, over one to six weeks. Short enough that you can still see the end of it from the beginning. It has to be work you can count and work you control: three hundred calls, not a better quarter. A hundred and twenty kilometres, not getting fitter. You do not control the outcome, so the outcome is not what gets counted.
Before a goal is logged it goes past another member, who is free to tell you the window is wrong or the goal is one you cannot actually influence. They are not there to encourage you. They are there to be someone you have to answer to.
Murph Monday is what it sounds like. Members run it together, and a Murph counts in public only when another member was there to confirm it. Everything you log privately stays yours to see; only the confirmed ones reach the board.
The product is the door and the register. It records who is in, in what order, and what they have done. It does not coach you, message you, or notice that you have gone quiet. Other members noticing is the entire mechanism.
What does not bend
- The number is permanent
- It is issued in order, it is never changed, and it is never reissued to anyone else. Everyone who claims after you in your country gets a higher number.
- Nothing is self-reported
- Not your Murph, not your time, not your standing. Someone else was there, and someone else wrote it down. There is no admin path, no remote confirmation and no video, because there is no case left that would need one.
- The amount is never shown
- What you contribute sets your place in the register's order and nothing else. It is not displayed, not ranked as a figure, and not comparable by anyone.
- Nobody enters except through a member
- There is no other route in. Not for a friend of the club, not for someone who asks well, not for the founder's acquaintances.
